Where do you ship from?

All products ship my home studio in London, UK

What are the shipping charges?

1. UK:

Shipping starts at just £0.75 within the UK. We use a first class, untracked service.
You can upgrade to tracked options during checkout if needed.


2. USA:
Shipping to the USA is charged at £1-3.75 for most products depending on weightThis is a tracked service.

Free shipping for all orders over £30

3. Europe:
For stickers & items that can be sent flat in an envelope, shipping starts at £1.
Otherwise it's £3.
This service is NOT tracked.

4. Rest of the World
For stickers & items that can be sent flat in an envelope, shipping starts at £1.50.
Otherwise it's £4.
This service is NOT tracked.

What is the estimated delivery time?

UK: 1-3 business days
Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

Please note these are estimates & can be affected by local or regional delays

Will I be charged extra at delivery?

Fluffmallow will not be responsible for any extra customs, duties or other charges that might be charged by the destination country.

After Brexit, most EU countries might incur an extra charge in the form of VAT.

When in doubt, please consider your country's threshold for customs & duties before making a purchase.

If you do not wish to deal with this, please purchase via Etsy as they are set up to collect VAT on your behalf.

Returns

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We cherish every creation at Fluffmallow, and we hope you'll find something that speaks to you.

We only accept returns in the event that an item arrives damaged or if there was an error in the item dispatched.

Fluffmallow takes pride in ensuring the safety of your purchase. We offer complimentary insurance for all orders valued at or above $500.

We strive for authenticity and want the colors of our products to resonate with you just as they do with us. However, the vibrant spectrum on different screens might vary slightly, which is quite common in our digital shopfront. How will my order be packed?

At Fluffmallow, we embrace eco-friendly practices, minimising plastic in our packaging and consciously reducing our carbon footprint. If your order has specific packaging requirements, we're here to help—just drop us a line.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or change it.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made via credit card. PayPal. or bank transfer.

Those payments will be charged at the time of shipping.

What if I haven't received my order?

If your tracking details show 'Delivered' but the package hasn't yet found its way to you, let's start with a gentle check-in at your local post office.

Sometimes, packages take a little detour on their adventure to you. It's also a good idea to ask your neighbors, just in case it's been safely left with them.

If your special package is still out there exploring the world after a few days, please file a claim with your local post office.
