What’s changed with U.S. orders?
  • Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. introduced new customs rules, meaning all orders from the UK (even the super-small, under $800 ones) now get an extra serving of import duties. Not our choice, but we're on top of it!
Will you get a surprise bill?
  •  Nope! We’re handling all those pesky customs fees for you with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so everything is sorted before your order arrives. What you see at checkout is all you pay—no sneaky surprises!

Why does Faire show estimated duties and taxes at checkout?

  • If you shop with us on Faire, you might see estimated duties and taxes listed at checkout. Brands don’t have a way to mark their pricing as “all-inclusive” on Faire, so the platform continues to show these amounts. You can safely disregard them—every Fluffmallow order has shipped without any extra charges or fees. We’ve got you covered!
Where is my Fluffmallow magic shipped from right now?
  •  All goodies are shipped straight from our UK home.
